What To Do When You Arrive
Drop Off Procedure
Please call our driver (+353870344117) when you are 20-25 minutes away from the terminal. This will allow us to promptly dispatch a driver to meet you.
Terminal 1:
- Call 20-30 minutes before arrival.
- Upon arriving at Terminal 1, follow signs for the parking and enter car park A.
- Head to level 2, where you will be warmly greeted by our driver.
Terminal 2:
- Call 20-30 minutes before arrival.
- Follow signs for T2 departures.
- Park in the designated set-down area where our driver will meet you.
Airport Drop-Off Area Charges: €5 are not included in this price.
What To Do When You Come Back
Return Procedure:
While collecting your luggage or 20 to 25 minutes before leaving the terminal, please call our
driver (+353870344117) to inform them of your imminent return.
Move to the collection point as guided by our driver.
Our driver will meet you at the Arrival Pickup Area, ready with your car, allowing you to drive
straight home.

Transfers
Meet & Greet Dublin Service requires no transfer.
Service will be provided at the airport terminal.
Services Offered
Our website enables you to book short-term or long-term airport parking at or near Dublin Airport.
Standard Meet & Greet:
- Cancellations & Amendments are possible up until 72 hours prior to booking commencement with a €15 fee, plus any extra day charges.
- Once confirmed, cancellations/amendments cannot be reversed.
- Arriving more than 4 hours early or late from the scheduled drop-off time incurs a €15 charge; each additional day incurs a €20 daily charge.
- Bookings made within 48 hours of return date are not eligible for a cancellation.
- Customers are liable to pay for the full service of any early curtailment for an already commenced service. This will incur an additional charge of €15 (for early pick-ups & returns).
Vehicle Transfer & Parking
The driver safely drives the customer’s vehicle to our secured parking facility

Add-Ons (Optional)
Exterior Car Wash Service
- The exterior car wash includes basic exterior cleaning, hand wash or pressure wash (depending on availability), rinse, and dry.
- No interior cleaning or detailing is included.
- This is an optional paid service and not included in the parking packages.
EV Charging Service
- The EV Charging Service includes access to designated EV charging stations while your vehicle is parked at Park N Fly Express and its service providers.
- This is a paid, optional service and not included in parking bookings.
- Charging type: [e.g., Level 2 Charging / Fast Charging] – update as applicable.
